Each Virginia Cash Expander Jackpot game features a Main Game of 15 symbols on a 3x5 grid.

Here’s how the game works:

1. Main Game: During each game, 15 symbols will be revealed in the play area. Reveal a cluster of three or more matching symbols that share a side to automatically remove that cluster of symbols from the board and win a prize per the Prize Chart. For each symbol that is removed, a new symbol will drop down from above.
   1. A WILD symbol can substitute for any symbol except the VIRGINIA LOTTERY BONUS symbol.
   2. If a MULTIPLIER SAFE symbol is on the board at the same time as a winning cluster is revealed, that MULTIPLIER SAFE opens and is added to the Multiplier Total for that game. If more than one MULTIPLIER SAFE symbol is on the board when a winning cluster is revealed, all the multipliers are added together then added to the Multiplier Total for that game. Multipliers that enter the board after a winning cluster is removed are not added to the Multiplier Total unless a new winning cluster is created by the new blocks that enter the board.
   3. Reveal three VIRGINIA LOTTERY BONUS symbols anywhere on the board to unlock the Bonus Game.
2. Bonus Game: Press GO, and the Bonus Wheel will spin then stop on a space that will display one of the outcomes below:
   1. 10 BRONZE FREE PLAYS - unlocks 10 free plays on a 6 x 4 game board.
   2. 10 SILVER FREE PLAYS - unlocks 10 free plays on a 7 x 5 game board.
   3. 10 GOLD FREE PLAYS - unlocks 10 free plays on an 8 x 6 game board.

The MINI Jackpot Bonus Wheel will stop on either a Prize Amount space, an Arrow space or the MINI Jackpot space. If the MINI Jackpot Bonus Wheel stops on a Prize Amount space, that prize amount is awarded, and the SUPER SPIN Jackpots Bonus Game ends. If the MINI Jackpot Bonus Wheel stops on the MINI Jackpot space, the MINI Jackpot amount is awarded, and the SUPER SPIN Jackpots Bonus Game ends. If the MINI Jackpot Bonus Wheel stops on an Arrow space, you will advance, and the SUPER Jackpot Bonus Wheel will be activated.
4. SUPER Jackpot Bonus Wheel: If this wheel is activated, press GO to spin the SUPER Jackpot Bonus Wheel. The SUPER Jackpot Bonus Wheel will stop on either a Prize Amount space or the SUPER Jackpot space. If the SUPER Jackpot Bonus Wheel stops on a Prize Amount space, that prize amount is awarded, and the SUPER SPIN Jackpots Bonus Game ends. If the SUPER Jackpot Bonus Wheel stops on the SUPER Jackpot space, the SUPER Jackpot amount is awarded, and the SUPER SPIN Jackpots Bonus Game ends.

Virginia Cash Expander Jackpot plays are available for online purchase beginning August 12, 2025. Plays may be purchased for $0.50, $1.00, $2.00, $5.00, $10.00, $20.00, $30.00, or $50.00.

Odds per Game are based on maximum possible tickets played.
