Each Liberty Luck game features 15 symbols on a 5x3 grid.

Here’s how the game works:

1. During each game, 15 symbols will be revealed in the play area. Reveal three or more matching symbols that share a side to automatically remove that cluster of symbols from the board and win a prize per the Prize Chart. For each symbol removed, a new symbol will drop down from above.
2. Reveal an ALL OR NOTHING coin symbol to unlock the ALL OR NOTHING Bonus Game. Pick between HEADS or TAILS and then flip the coin. If you choose correctly, you win 25x your Ticket Cost. If you choose incorrectly, you do not win a prize.
3. Reveal three BONUS symbols anywhere on the board to unlock the Bonus Game Selection. Then, choose one bonus game to play.
   1. DECLARATION DOLLARS BONUS GAME - The game starts with three GOES. In each GO, a new set of symbols drops onto the game board and the number of GOES reduces by one. Symbols that enter the board can either be a SCROLL symbol or a FEATHER symbol. If a SCROLL symbol is revealed, it will stick in that position on the game board, and the number of GOES resets to three. For each SCROLL symbol that lands on the board, one slot is filled on the Prize Meter. On the next GO, new symbols will enter the board and fill the spaces vacated by the FEATHER symbols from the previous GO. SCROLL symbols from the previous GOES remain on the board in the same position. The game continues until the GOES counter gets to 0 or when the entire board is filled with SCROLL symbols. Once the number of GOES hits 0, the prize reached on the Prize Meter is awarded, and the bonus game ends. Only the highest prize reached on the meter will be awarded.
   2. SCENES OF AMERICA BONUS GAME - Each scene shows a multiplier associated with that scene. Press GO to reveal COLLECT or ADVANCE.
      1. If you reveal ADVANCE, the game advances to the next scene, and a higher multiplier is revealed.
      2. If you reveal COLLECT, the Ticket Cost for that game is multiplied by the multiplier for the scene you are on. That prize amount is then awarded, and the bonus game ends. The multiplier is not applied to any win in the main game.
   3. INNOVATION PICK AND CLICK BONUS GAME -Pick an INNOVATION symbol to reveal a prize amount. If you reveal three like prize amounts, you win that amount. The bonus game ends after three like prize amounts are revealed.

Liberty Luck plays are available for online purchase beginning June 30, 2026. Plays may be purchased for $0.10, $0.20, $0.50, $1.00, $2.00, $5.00, $10.00, $20.00 or $30.00.
