In the drawing, five players each will win $3,000, four players each will win $4,000, and three players each will win $5,000.

Fall 3-4-5 Promotion Registration, Log in and Entry

• How do I enter the Fall 3-4-5 Promotion?
  You can scan any eligible Pick game ticket to enter it via the Lottery app or the mobile web version of valottery.com. Winning and nonwinning tickets can be entered into this promotion via those two channels only. If a player wants to enter a winning ticket into the promotion, the ticket must be entered prior to claiming the prize won on the ticket.
• My password is not accepted when I try to log in. What's wrong?
  Most likely, you haven't opened a Virginia Lottery account. You'll need to open an account to enter your ticket(s). Click Register in the top-right corner of any valottery.com page to register. Once completed, click the Continue button.
• I forgot my password. What should I do?
  Click Login in the top-right corner of any valottery.com page, and follow the instructions to have your password emailed to you. You'll need to use the original email address you used to open your account even if it is no longer current.
• I am not able to enter my ticket(s). When I click on Enter Now, I am asked to log in. Why is this happening?
  To enter this promotion, you need a Virginia Lottery online account. To open an account, click Register in the top-right corner of any page. Once completed, click the Continue button.
• Where do I find the barcode that I am supposed to scan to enter the ticket?
  
  The barcode is on the front of the ticket at the bottom. You will need to use the ticket-scanning function in the Lottery app or on the mobile web version of valottery.com to scan the ticket’s barcode to complete the entry process. The ticket-scanning function uses your mobile device’s camera to scan the ticket.
• How do I enter tickets that I purchased online?
  To enter a ticket purchased online, a player must already have a Virginia Lottery account and an online player wallet. After a player has successfully accessed the player’s wallet and completed the ticket purchase, the purchase will be recorded. An email will be sent the day after the purchase to the player’s email address associated with the player’s account. The player must click on the entry link included in the email prior to the entry deadline to enter the ticket into the promotion.
• I received a message that says my ticket has already been entered. How can that be if I have the ticket in my possession, and what should I do?
  First, check your list of previously submitted entries to verify that the ticket has not been previously entered by you. If it has not, please contact the Lottery by filling out the email form on our Contact Us page. Include all applicable numbers that you tried to enter, and the Virginia Lottery will investigate.
• May I enter a drawing more than once?
  Yes. You may enter the drawing more than once. A player may submit up to 25 qualifying entries per day. A qualifying entry consists of a Pick 3 with FIREBALL, Pick 4 with FIREBALL or Pick 5 with FIREBALL ticket purchased at a Lottery retailer or online during the promotional period. However, a player is eligible to win only one (1) prize in the drawing.
• I have tickets, but I can't remember whether I have entered them into the drawing. How can I see which tickets have been entered?
  Each time you submit a ticket, a record of the entry appears in your list of entries at the bottom of the page where you submitted your tickets. All your entries are in that list, so you may cross-reference that list with the tickets you are holding.
• May I dispose of the tickets after I have entered them?
  Yes. For this promotion, you do not need to keep your ticket(s) once you have successfully submitted the ticket(s).
• Do I need to be a Virginia resident to enter this Virginia Lottery promotion?
  No. There are no restrictions for out-of-state players. Anyone who is eligible to purchase Virginia Lottery tickets is eligible to participate in this promotion.

• How do I find out if I have been selected as a winner?
  For all drawings, an unofficial list of winners will be posted on our website no more than five (5) business days after each drawing. Winners become official once we've verified they qualify. We check age, identification and entry validity. We will contact winners directly to explain how to claim a prize.
• I submitted several entries into the drawing. Why didn't I win a prize?
  The odds of winning a prize in this promotion depend on the total number of entries received.

• This promotion is open to players 18 years of age or older. Players may be required to provide proof of date of birth.
• A player may enter the promotion more than once if a different qualifying entry is submitted. A player may submit a maximum of 25 qualifying entries per day for this promotion.
• A qualifying entry consists of a Pick 3 with FIREBALL, Pick 4 with FIREBALL or Pick 5 with FIREBALL ticket purchased at a Lottery retailer or online during the promotional period.
• Players do not need to retain the tickets once the tickets have been entered.
• A player is eligible to win only one (1) prize in the drawing.
• All entries submitted have an equal chance of winning a prize.
• Odds of winning a prize in this promotion depend on the total number of entries received.
• The Virginia Lottery will not be responsible for entries submitted incorrectly or received before the entry start date or after the end date. Such entries shall be deemed invalid.
• We try to contact winners by email, phone and/or mail. If you want us to reach you quickly, be sure your contact information is up to date in your Virginia Lottery account. If we can't reach a winner by the deadline listed in the rules, we will then move on to an alternate.
