• My password is not being accepted when I try to log in. What's wrong?
  Most likely, you haven't opened a MyGameRoom account. You'll need to open an account to enter your serial number. Click Register in the top-right corner of any valottery.com page to register. Once completed, click the Continue button.
• I forgot my password. What should I do?
  Click Login in the top-right corner of any valottery.com page, and follow the instructions to have your password emailed to you. You'll need to use the original email address you used to open a MyGameRoom account even if it is no longer current.

Submitting entries for the CASH POP Top Prize 2nd Chance Promotion

• How do I submit an entry for the CASH POP Top Prize 2nd Chance Promotion?
  Players can use a computer or a mobile telephone to access the Lottery’s website. When using a mobile telephone, the player can choose to enter the ticket’s serial number manually or use their mobile telephone’s camera to scan the barcode on the ticket. To enter via the mobile app, the player must have the app downloaded on their mobile device and register for or log in to the player’s valottery.com account. Once logged in, the player can go to the Promotions tab and select the CASH POP Top Prize 2nd Chance Promotion. Then, the player must tap on the Scan To Enter button to enter the ticket.
• I am not able to enter my serial number. When I click on SUBMIT or ENTER TICKETS, I am asked to log in. Why is this happening?
  To enter this promotion on the internet, you need a MyGameRoom account. To open an account, click Register in the top-right corner of any valottery.com page to register. Once completed, click the Continue button. 
• Where do I find the number that I am supposed to enter?
  
  
  
  The ticket’s serial number can be found on the bottom of your non-winning CASH POP ticket. You will need to enter that number to complete the entry process.
• I received a message that says my serial number has already been entered. How can that be if I have the serial number in my possession, and what should I do?
  First, check your list of previously submitted entries to verify that the serial number has not been previously entered by you. If it has not, please contact the Lottery by filling out the email form on our Contact Us page. Include all applicable numbers that you tried to enter, and the Virginia Lottery will investigate.
• May I enter a drawing more than once?
  Yes. You may enter a drawing as many times as you wish using a different serial number for each entry. Players may submit a maximum of 25 eligible serial numbers per day for this promotion.
• I have serial numbers, but I can't remember whether I have entered them into the drawing. How can I see which serial numbers have been entered?
  Each time you submit a serial number, a record of the entry appears in your list of entries at the bottom of the page where you submitted your serial number. All of your entries are in that list, so you may cross-reference that list with the serial numbers you are holding.
• May I dispose of the ticket(s) after I have entered it using my MyGameRoom account?
  Yes. For this promotion, you do not need to keep your ticket(s) once you have successfully submitted the tickets).
• Do I need to be a Virginia resident to enter any Virginia Lottery promotion?
  No. There are no restrictions for out-of-state players. Anyone who is eligible to purchase Virginia Lottery tickets is eligible to participate in our promotions.

• How do I find out if I have been selected as a winner?
  The names of the winners will be posted on our website no more than five (5) business days after each drawing. The winners will become official once we've verified that the winners qualify. We check age, identification and entry validity. We will contact the winners directly to explain how to claim a prize.
• I submitted several entries into the drawing. Why didn't I win a prize?
  The odds of winning a prize in this promotion depend on the total number of entries received.

• The entry period is June 6, 2022, through August 7, 2022, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET for the CASH POP Top Prize 2nd Chance Promotion.
• Any non-winning CASH POP ticket that was purchased within the promotional period and for which all drawings have been completed is eligible to be entered in this promotion.
• Please check here for a complete list of entry dates, deadlines and draw dates.
• Entries for this promotion are accepted through the Lottery website and Lottery mobile app only.
• This promotion is open to players 18 years of age or older. Players may be required to provide proof of date of birth.
• A player may enter the promotion more than once as long as a different qualifying entry is submitted. 
• All entries submitted have an equal chance of winning a prize.
• Odds of winning a prize in this promotion depend on the total number of entries received.
• The Virginia Lottery will not be responsible for entries submitted incorrectly or received before the entry start date or after the end date. Such entries shall be deemed invalid.
• We try to contact winners by email, phone and/or mail. If you want us to reach you quickly, be sure your contact information is up to date in your MyGameRoom account. If we can't reach a winner by the deadline listed in the rules, we will then move on to an alternate.

• Each entry must contain a correctly entered serial number from a non-winning CASH POP ticket that was purchased within the promotional period and for which all drawings have been completed.
• A serial number may be entered only one time for this promotion.
• Players may submit a maximum of 25 eligible serial numbers per day for this promotion.
• Players do not need to retain their ticket(s) once the ticket(s) has been entered.
• The Virginia Lottery will not be responsible for numbers that are transposed or entered incorrectly.
• Winners who do not respond to their winner notification by the deadline listed in the rules will forfeit the prize, and an alternate will be selected.
