Each Football Frenzy game features 5 Winning Numbers, up to 20 of Your Tickets, and an area for collecting Football Symbols. Players may purchase sets of 5, 10, 15, or 20 tickets per game. Each ticket features a number and a prize amount, or a Football Symbol.

Match any of the Winning Numbers to a number on Your Tickets to win the prize shown on that ticket. If a number match appears within Your Tickets, 8 additional numbers will be revealed in the Playoffs section. If a Playoffs number matches any Winning Number, that prize is multiplied by 2x and 2 additional numbers will be revealed in the Finals section. If a Finals number matches any Winning Number, that prize is multiplied by 10x.

Reveal 3 Football Symbols to immediately play the Field Goal Bonus for a guaranteed prize.

In the Field Goal Bonus, press the KICK button to reveal either a successful field goal through the uprights, or a missed field goal. Successful field goals award prizes according to the prize table. After 3 missed field goals, or after 12 kicks, collect all prizes and exit the bonus.

Football Frenzy tickets are available for online purchase beginning November 5, 2019. Tickets may be purchased for $0.05, $0.10, $0.25, $0.50, $1.00, or $2.00 each in sets of 5, 10, 15, or 20 tickets.
