  Most likely, you haven't opened a MyGameRoom account. You'll need to open an account to enter your entry form(s). Click Register in the top-right corner of this page to register. Once you’ve completed registration, click the Continue button.
• I forgot my password. What should I do?
  Click Login in the top-right corner of this page, and follow the instructions to have your password emailed to you. You'll need to use the original email address (even if it is no longer current) you used to open a MyGameRoom account.

Submitting entries from the website or app for the Sheetz Mega Millions Giveaway Promotion

• I am not able to enter my entry form(s). When I click on SUBMIT or ENTER TICKETS, I am asked to log in. Why is this happening?
  To enter this promotion on the internet, you need a MyGameRoom account. To open an account, click Register in the top-right corner of this page to register. Once you’ve completed registration, click the Continue button.
• Where do I find the numbers that I am supposed to enter?
  If the player is manually entering the player’s entry-form information, the player must correctly enter the Sheetz Mega Millions Giveaway Promotion Number and the 18-digit Entry Code found on the player’s entry form. Manual entry is available at valottery.com. A player also can use his or her mobile phone to scan the entry form with the ticket-scanning feature at valottery.com or in the Lottery app.

• I received a message that says my entry form has already been entered. How can that be if I have the entry form in my possession, and what should I do?
  First, check your list of previously submitted entries to verify that the entry form has not been previously entered by you. If it has not, please contact the Lottery by filling out the email form on our Contact Us page. Include all applicable numbers that you tried to enter, and the Virginia Lottery will investigate.
• May I enter a drawing more than once?
  Yes. You may enter a drawing up to 25 times each day using a different entry form for each entry. However, a player is eligible to win only one prize in the drawing.
• I have entry forms, but I can't remember whether I have entered them into the drawing. How can I see which entry forms have been entered?
  Each time you submit an entry form, a record of the entry appears in your list of entries at the bottom of the page where you submitted your entry forms. All of your entries are in that list, so you may cross-reference that list with the entry forms you are holding.
• May I dispose of the entry form(s) after I have entered it using my MyGameRoom account?
  Yes. For this promotion, you do not need to keep your entry form(s) once you have successfully submitted the entry form(s).
• Do I need to be a Virginia resident to enter any Virginia Lottery promotion?
  No. There are no restrictions for out-of-state players. Anyone who is eligible to purchase Virginia Lottery tickets is eligible to participate in this promotion.
• How do I find out if I have been selected as a winner?
  For this promotion, an unofficial list of winners will be posted on our website no more than five (5) business days after the drawing. Winners become official once we've verified they qualify. We check age, identification and entry-form validity. We will contact winners directly to explain how to claim a prize.
• I submitted several entries into the drawing. Why didn't I win a prize?
  The odds of winning a prize in this promotion depend on the total number of entries received.

• From May 1, 2023, through May 31, 2023, an entry form for the Sheetz Mega Millions Giveaway Promotion will print with each purchase of $10 or more of Mega Millions on a single ticket made at a Lottery Vending Machine at any Sheetz location in Virginia.
• The online entry period for the Sheetz Mega Millions Giveaway Promotion begins on May 1, 2023, and ends on June 4, 2023, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
• Players can enter this promotion online at valottery.com or in the Lottery mobile app.
• This promotion is open to players 18 years of age or older. Players may be required to provide proof of their date of birth.
• A player may enter the promotion up to 25 times per day as long as a different qualifying entry form is submitted. However, a player is eligible to win only one prize in the drawing for this promotion.
• An entry form may be entered only one time.
• If the player is manually entering the player’s entry form information, the player must correctly enter the Sheetz Mega Millions Giveaway Promotion Number and the 18-digit Entry Code found on the player’s entry form. Manual entry is available at valottery.com.
• A player also can use his or her mobile phone to scan the entry form with the ticket-scanning feature at valottery.com or in the Lottery app.
• All entries have an equal chance of winning a prize.
• Odds of winning a prize in the Sheetz Mega Millions Giveaway Promotion depend on the total number of entries received.
• Players do not need to keep the entry form(s) once they have successfully submitted the entry form(s).
• The Virginia Lottery will not be responsible for numbers that are transposed or entered incorrectly. The Virginia Lottery will not be responsible for entries submitted incorrectly or received before the entry start date or after the entry deadline. Such entries shall be deemed invalid.
• We try to contact winners by email, phone and/or mail. If you want us to reach you quickly, be sure your contact information is up to date in your MyGameRoom account. Winners who do not respond to their winner notification will forfeit their prize. If we can't reach a winner by the deadline listed in the rules, we will then move on to an alternate.
