• My password is not being accepted when I try to log in. What's wrong?
  Most likely, you haven't opened a MyGameRoom account. You'll need to open an account to enter your ticket(s). Click "Sign Up" from the top right menu to register. Once completed, click the Continue button.
• I forgot my password. What should I do?
  "Login" from the top right menu and follow the instructions to have your password emailed to you. You'll need to use the original email address you used to open a MyGameRoom account, even if it is no longer current.

Submitting entries from the website for The Mega Grocery Giveaway

• I am not able to enter my tickets. When I click on SUBMIT or ENTER TICKETS, I am asked to login. Why is this happening?
  To enter this contest on the Internet, you need a MyGameRoom account. To open an account, Click "Sign Up" from the top right menu to register. Once completed, click the Continue button. 
• Where do I find the numbers that I am supposed to enter?
  
  
  
  Players must correctly enter both the Mega Grocery Giveaway Promotion Number and the eighteen (18)-digit Entry Form Number found on their Entry Form.
• I received a message that says my ticket has already been entered. How can that be if I have the ticket in my possession and what should I do?
  First, check your list of previously submitted entries to verify that the ticket has not been previously entered by you. If it has not, please contact the Lottery by filling out the email form on our Contact Us page. Include all applicable numbers that you tried to enter, and the Virginia Lottery will investigate.
• May I enter a drawing more than once?
  Yes. You may enter a drawing as many times as you wish using a different non-winning ticket for each entry. However, a player is eligible to win only one (1) prize per drawing.
• I have tickets, but I can't remember whether I have entered them into the drawing. How can I see which tickets have been entered?
  Each time you submit a ticket, a record of the entry appears in your list of entries at the bottom of the page where you submitted your tickets. All of your entries are in that list, so you may cross-reference that list with the tickets you are holding.
• May I dispose of the tickets after I have entered them using MyGameRoom account?
  Once entered via the Internet, Players are required to retain their Entry Form(s). Entry Forms submitted as Promotion Entries will be required in order to claim a Prize.
• Do I need to be a Virginia resident to enter any Virginia Lottery promotion?
  No. There are no restrictions for out-of-state players. Anyone who is eligible to purchase Virginia Lottery tickets is eligible to participate in our promotional drawings.

The Mega Grocery Giveaway Winners and Prizes

• How do I find out if I have been selected as a winner?
  For all drawings, an unofficial list of winners will be posted on our website no more than 5 business days after each drawing. Winners become official once we've verified they qualify. We check age, identification and entry form validity. We will contact winners directly to explain how to claim a prize.
• I submitted several entries into the drawing. Why didn't I win a prize?
  Winners are randomly selected, so your chance of winning, no matter how many times you enter, requires a little luck.

The Mega Grocery Giveaway general rules

• The entry period for our Mega Grocery Shopping Dash begins 6/1/19 and ends 7/6/19.
• From 6/1/18 to 6/30/18, an entry form for the Mega Grocery Shopping Dash will print with each Mega Millions purchase of $10 or more on a single ticket from one of the participating retailers' Virginia Lottery's Game Machine.

• Players may enter online only.
• This promotion is open to players 18 years of age or older. Players may be required to provide proof of their date of birth.
• A player may enter the promotion more than once as long as a different qualifying entry form is submitted. However, a player is eligible to win only one prize in the drawing for this promotion.
• All entries have an equal chance of winning a prize.
• Chances of winning any prize in this promotion depend on the total number of entries received.
• The Virginia Lottery will not be responsible for entries submitted incorrectly or received before the entry start date or after the Internet end date. Such entries shall be deemed invalid.
• We try to contact winners by email, phone and/or mail. If you want us to reach you quickly, be sure your contact information is up to date in MyGameRoom. If we can't reach a winner by the deadline listed in the rules, we will then move on to an alternate.

The Mega Grocery Giveaway internet entry information

• To participate, a player must submit the Mega Grocery Shopping Dash Number and the Entry Form Number.
• An entry form may be entered only one time.
• Players must retain each entry form as proof of eligibility to claim a prize. HOLD ON TO YOUR ENTRY FORMS for 90 days from the draw date in case you are selected as an alternate.
• The Virginia Lottery will not be responsible for entry form and/or giveaway numbers that are transposed or entered incorrectly.
• Winners who do not respond to their winner notification will forfeit their prize, and an alternate will be selected.
