• I forgot my password. What should I do?
  "Login" from the top right menu and follow the instructions to have your password emailed to you. You'll need to use the original email address you used to open a MyGameRoom account, even if it is no longer current.

Submitting entries from the website for Cash 5 for $500

• I am not able to enter my tickets. When I click on SUBMIT or ENTER TICKETS, I am asked to login. Why is this happening?
  To enter this contest on the Internet, you need a MyGameRoom account. To open an account, Click "Sign Up" from the top right menu to register. Once completed, click the Continue button. 
• Where do I find the numbers that I am supposed to enter?
  
  The Serial Number is the 19-digit number found on the bottom of the ticket.

• I received a message that says my ticket has already been entered. How can that be if I have the ticket in my possession and what should I do?
  First, check your list of previously submitted entries to verify that the ticket has not been previously entered by you. If it has not, please contact the Lottery by filling out the email form on our Contact Us page. Include all applicable numbers that you tried to enter, and the Virginia Lottery will investigate.
• May I enter a drawing more than once?
  Yes. You may enter a drawing as many times as you wish using a different non-winning ticket for each entry. However, a player is eligible to win only one (1) prize per drawing.
• I have tickets, but I can't remember whether I have entered them into the drawing. How can I see which tickets have been entered?
  Each time you submit a ticket, a record of the entry appears in your list of entries at the bottom of the page where you submitted your tickets. All of your entries are in that list, so you may cross-reference that list with the tickets you are holding.
• May I dispose of the tickets after I have entered them using MyGameRoom account?
  No. Players need to retain their non-winning Cash 5 with EZ Match tickets once they have successfully entered them via the internet for the Cash 5 for $500 promotion. These tickets submitted as promotion entries via the internet are required to be presented in order to claim a prize.
• Do I need to be a Virginia resident to enter any Virginia Lottery promotion?
  No. There are no restrictions for out-of-state players. Anyone who is eligible to purchase Virginia Lottery tickets is eligible to participate in our promotional drawings.

• How do I find out if I have been selected as a winner?
  For all drawings, an unofficial list of winners will be posted on our website no more than 5 business days after each drawing. Winners become official once we've verified they qualify. We check age, identification and entry form validity. We will contact winners directly to explain how to claim a prize.
• I submitted several entries into the drawing. Why didn't I win a prize?
  Winners are randomly selected, so your chance of winning, no matter how many times you enter, requires a little luck.

• • The entry period is November 2, 2020, at 12 a.m. ET through December 6, 2020 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET for our Cash 5 for $500 promotion.
• Non-winning tickets from Cash 5 with EZ Match drawings from November 1 to November 30 are eligible for this promotion. Purchase of the EZ Match add-on is not required for a ticket to be eligible entry.
• Please check here for a complete list of entry dates, deadlines and draw dates.
• Entries for this promotion are accepted through the Lottery website and Lottery mobile app only.
• This promotion is open to players 18 years of age or older. Players may be required to provide proof of their date of birth.
• A player may enter the promotion more than once as long as a different qualifying entry is submitted. 
• All entries submitted have an equal chance of winning a prize.
• Chances of winning any prize in this promotion depend on the total number of entries received.
• The Virginia Lottery will not be responsible for entries submitted incorrectly or received before the entry start date or after the end date. Such entries shall be deemed invalid.
• We try to contact winners by email, phone and/or mail. If you want us to reach you quickly, be sure your contact information is up to date in your MyGameRoom account. If we can't reach a winner by the deadline listed in the rules, we will then move on to an alternate.

Cash 5 for $500 internet entry information

• Each entry must contain a correctly entered Serial Number. Players must correctly enter the ticket’s 18-digit Serial Number located on the bottom of each Cash 5 with EZ Match ticket.
• An entry may be entered only one time for this promotion.
• Players may submit a maximum of 25 eligible, non-winning Cash 5 with EZ Match tickets per day for this promotion.
• Players do need to retain their non-winning Cash 5 with EZ Match tickets once they have successfully entered them via the internet for the Cash 5 for $500 promotion. These tickets submitted as promotion entries via the internet are required to be presented in order to claim a prize.
• The Virginia Lottery will not be responsible for numbers that are transposed or entered incorrectly.
• Winners who do not respond to their winner notification will forfeit their prize, and an alternate will be selected.
