Where can I claim a prize? General

Winning tickets up to and including $600 can be validated and paid at participating Virginia Lottery retail locations. Winning tickets $601or greater must be claimed by mail or at a Virginia Lottery Office. Click here for a listing of Virginia Lottery office locations.

As a result of the Patriot Act, effective October 1, 2006, two (2) forms of ID will be required to cash a check greater than $1,000.00 at any Bank of America branch. For a list of acceptable IDs, Click here.
