• Pick five different numbers from 1-60 and one Cash Ball number from 1-4.
• If you would prefer to have numbers randomly selected for you, select Easy Pick, and let the computer choose your numbers.
• You also can use a combination of the two methods.

Optional Plays

• $10 Play option: Select Easy Pick, and the computer will select your numbers for five plays.
• Multi-Draw lets you play up to 26 consecutive drawings on one ticket.
• Future Play lets you choose a drawing date in the future to play.
• Repeat your play, and have the same numbers on more than one ticket up to 20 times.

• The Cash4Life® drawing is held daily at 9 p.m.
• Ticket sales stop at 8:45 p.m. every night.
• Cash4Life® tickets cannot be canceled, and all sales are final.
• Tell your clerk about any optional plays you want to purchase when you present your playslip.
