They've had my account locked from redemption for over 4 months. multiple calls to customer service with zero resolution. Can't use my debit card on the site anymore either. I've had an account since the apps launch and never had any problems until Jan 2024. Terrible customer service. Also, you never win much anyway. Just save your money and don't play this trash. There's a reason they have a sky scraper in Richmond!

Cluttered, complex, confusing, garbage all come to mind when using the app. It's slow to update and frequently crashes. Not user-friendly. And it is not up to date with information about winning numbers and promotional winning information. What needs to be done is to revamp the entire app. So you login and then simply scroll down rather than having to click here and there sign in for this or that. Simplicity is the key. The largest portion of your market is not computer savvy.

The app itself is no longer compatible with older mobile devices because of the software updates done. It will work fine on a desktop or internet app that has windows 11 or higher. But wont work on a Samsung mobile device app alone. It says the geo location cant be found (even when the location services were granted access for precise location). I tried using chrome on my Samsung Galaxy note 20. And it still wouldnt allow me to play on the chrome internet browser, just the Microsoft Edge browser
