 Of course your dog is a star at your house! But does everyone else think so, too?
From April 14 through May 26, 2009, there’s a way you can show Virginia just how special your pooch really is. Enter the Virginia’s Lucky Dog Contest for a chance to see your dog featured on an upcoming Virginia Lottery ticket.
Twenty owners will win the contest prize; all 20 winning dogs will be featured on the Virginia’s Lucky Dog II ticket, which goes on sale later this year.

 A distinguished panel of dog lovers at the Virginia Lottery will subjectively determine the 20 winning photographs based on image quality and compatibility with the Virginia's Lucky Dog II Scratcher ticket artwork.
Judges will look for high quality digital images of a variety of dogs (purebreds and mutts), all shapes, sizes, colors and textures.
Don’t get eliminated for technical reasons! Set your digital camera to its highest setting when you take pictures of your dog. All photos will be screened for quality and appropriateness to the Lucky Dog II ticket. Some photos will appear in the Dog Park Gallery. |
