To enter a Virginia Lottery second-chance drawing (on the Internet) you must first be registered. To register, click here and complete the necessary information.

Some firewalls or security settings may prevent you from entering tickets for a second-chance drawing. If you continue to have difficulty, you may want to consult with your Network Administrator or Internet Provider, or check your personal firewall settings.

An unofficial list of Bass Pro second chance drawing winners will be posted to the website shortly after each drawing. Winners become official once their age and identification have been verified. The verification process includes confirming that a winner is at least 18 years of age and has won a prize only once for that drawing. To qualify as an official winner, documentation must be completed and returned to the Lottery.

Please keep your non-winning tickets for at least 90 days since we may need to contact alternates up to 90 days after a drawing.

To receive your prize, please download and complete the correct Affidavit of Eligibility form (which must be notarized to confirm your age and identity) and your qualifying ticket. A Notary Public is available at all Lottery Customer Service Centers, Lottery Prize Zone (view locations) and most banks.
